bathroom update.....
after a couple of weeks of using a lamp in the bathroom... i finally decided to tackle the light.
well i mean i painted a second coat of gray paint and was finally ready to put up the new light!
TADA! just call me an electrician!

TADA! just call me an electrician!
but dont call me a designer/architect/bathroom renovator pro.
yeah our light... as super cute as it is...
a) isn't very bright for the entire bathroom.
b) is not actually funcitonal. we can't use our amazing medicine cabinet with the light fixture...
well unless we turn it upside down. but then we go back to a.
so. ya live, and ya learn.
and then return the light and go pick out another one.
not the cheapest fixture... not the most expensive (which is of course the one i wanted)
martha stewart double light. can hang the other way. it was 20$ off.
i call it a success.
also a success... this 20$ project.
adding a textured plastic thing to the window...
to create privacy!
since our ONLY bathroom has a window to our porch
and i HATE mini-blinds...
can we all agree mini-blinds are the worst?!?
i hate them. so i am going to try and get rid of as many as possible.
so my solution in the bathroom... this awesome texture that creates privacy but still allows light in! and i dont have to have miniblinds!
anyway. this was our successful day of house work.
along with adding a THIRD coat of KILZ to the navy walls.
i do believe we are ready to pick a color and paint!
too bad i have a slight shoulder injury post gym. ek.
hoping its a quick recovery... time will tell. oh. and a MRI.
hey. I have had you on my mind A LOT... Paula said lots of changes... call, see me when you are visiting yur folk?
