That's right folks! The seller accepted it. Boom. Just like that. I am SHOCKED! And excited. And nervous. And drove by the house this afternoon and just sat in the driveway. Guys. I can't believe it. 

Here she is. Our little ray of sunshine. Hmm. Sunshine cottage. Cute name.

Ps. I want to paint the house blue. Although, yellow is growing on me. And pull out those giant non flowering bushes in front so you can see the porch! And have smaller prettier plants out front. So much excitement!
